(1) Vendor needs to provide park water treatment plant PFAS study service to the government authority located in Salisbury, MD. – Prepare a final report summarizing the capture zone analysis, groundwater modeling, PFAS source evaluation, monitoring network recommendations, treatment evaluation, and alternative site analysis.– The report shall include prioritized recommendations, an implementation schedule, planning–level cost estimates, and recommendations for future monitoring, treatment, and source investigation activities.– Provide professional engineering services for PFAS source tracking and the near term and long–term planning for treatment of PFAS at the park water treatment plant.– Geospatial data is data or information that identifies the geographic location of features and boundaries of either natural or constructed features.– Pre–and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the wellfield at the park water treatment plant.– Develop capture zone analysis for the park wellfield using semi–analytical methods.– Provide analysis of alternate sites for park water treatment plant. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
