(1) Vendor needs to provide office audio visual upgrade service to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI. – Up to 7 conference rooms for presentation and conferencing.– Removal and installation of all proposed equipment. Reuse current equipment if applicable.– Programming.– User Training.– Provide a recommendation focusing on the technical specification.– Provide a timeline to implement the recommendation efficiently and effectively with emphasis on key deliverables and milestones.– Provide a detailed pricing methodology for an all–inclusive, implemented recommendation including payment terms, unit costs, billable costs, and all other expenses. Break out pricing by conference room.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 07, 2026.
