(1) Vendor needs to provide special legal services to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ. • Provide legal representation, consultation, and related legal services on an as–needed basis in connection with the operation, administration, governance, and management of the authority's housing programs, properties, and business activities.• Representation in litigation, administrative proceedings, hearings, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal matters assigned.• Legal advice regarding regulations, federal housing programs, and regulatory compliance.• Review, preparation, and interpretation of contracts, agreements, procurement documents, policies, and other legal instruments.• Advice regarding employment, labor relations, personnel matters, workers' compensation, and related employment law issues.• Counsel regarding landlord–tenant matters, occupancy issues, resident disputes, and housing operations.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
