(1) Vendor needs to provide zoological consulting services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. • Assess and describe foot and joint health conditions and any existing deviations in specifiedanimals and recommend techniques for intervention.• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance animal program operations and the welfare and behavior patterns of specified animals.• Provide coaching and mentoring support on the topic of zoo–specific conflict resolution to all levels of the organization in order to enhance operations and strengthen organizational health.• Deliver recommendations for follow–up actions and provide availability for specified on–site sessions and follow–up communications.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
