(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment platform.– Comprehensive assessment platform solutions capable of supporting division–wide assessment development, delivery, scoring, reporting, and analytics.– The platform must provide language supports for English Learners.– The platform must provide read–aloud functionality that can be selectively enabled or disabled by assessment or item type.– The platform should provide translation capabilities. Human–generated or human–reviewed translations are preferred over fully AI–generated translations. Translation features should be capable of being disabled for specific assessments or items.– The platform must support partial–credit scoring for assessment items.– The platform must support the inclusion of multimedia content within assessment items.– The platform must allow students to submit multimedia responses.– The platform should provide formative assessment templates.– The platform should integrate with the Canvas Learning Management System.– Results dashboards should support configurable performance levels based on course or assessment needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
