HEALTH-10818 - USA (Minnesota) - HR Employee Mental Health and Healing Support Service - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide HR employee mental health and healing support service to the government authority located in Minnesota. – The services to be provided are supporting the mental health and overall wellbeing of all agency employees by providing:• Proven models that effectively address mental health and trauma,• Culturally relevant and trauma–informed models of care and support,• Approaches that reduce stigma and increase psychological safety around mental health in the workplace, and• Proactive, holistic, and preventative mental health and wellness services.– The Consultant shall provide up to ten (10) individual holistic, trauma–informed mental health therapy sessions per calendar year per employee and members of their immediate household, without the option for sessions to roll over.– The Consultant shall provide recurring monthly educational sessions open to all employees, delivered virtually or in–person with examples of topics including but not limited to:o Burnout and Self Careo Emotional Intelligence and Inclusivity in the Workplaceo Seasonal Affective Disordero Mental Health in the Workplaceo Trauma–Informed De–escalation– The Consultant shall provide 60–minute participatory sessions(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
