(1) Vendor needs to provide online educational ergonomic employee portal for employees seeking ergonomic online self–assessment and evaluations.– The solution shall be accessible through County’s internal website via hyperlink to the vendor’s site/portal. Contractor may allow for access through a web–portal and or mobile app as long as County is still able to access required reporting.– The solution shall allow eligible individuals to self–register and must be capable of full integration with an identity management software application program interface (API) in the future.– The solution shall allow for, at no additional cost to the County, ongoing updates to trainings/materials and content customization that ensures conformance with County messaging ergonomics policies.– The solution shall provide personal recommendations for chair posture, periodic stretching, and other simple modifications to equipment and behaviours that the Eligible Individual can perform.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
