COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA Ministry of Environment, Rural Modernisation, Kalinago Upliftment and Constituency Empowerment Specific Procurement Notice Request for Quotation (Goods) Country: Commonwealth of Dominica Name of Project: Leveraging Eco-Tourism for Biodiversity Protection in Dominica Contract Title: Supply and Delivery of Monitoring Equipment for the Forestry Division Loan No./Credit No: TF-B9551 RFQ Reference No.: DM-MOERMKU-563332-GO-RFQ Issued on : August 13, 2026 The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Leveraging Eco-Tourism for Biodiversity Protection in Dominica (LETBP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for: Supply and Delivery of Monitoring Equipment for the Forestry Division . The Project Implementation Unit for the Leveraging Eco-Tourism for Biodiversity Protection in Dominica, Ministry of Environment, Rural Modernisation, Kalinago Upliftment and Constituency Empowerment now invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of the following Goods: Visual Monitoring Equipment; Traps and Holding Equipment; Communication Equipment; Measuring Equipment/Supplies; and Consumables The Request for Quotation (RFQ) document in English may be obtained free of charge by interested Suppliers upon submission of a written application to the address below. The RFQ document will be sent by email. Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026 . Electronic submission of quotations in PDF format by email will be permitted at the email address specified below. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in the Request for Quotation document, and the Contract will be awarded to the Supplier whose quotation is determined to be substantially responsive to the requirements of the RFQ and offers the lowest evaluated price.
