City of Monterey Mitigation, Remediation, and Trauma Clean-Up Job Order Contract

Description

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, Contractor providing all labor, material, equipment and project management for mitigation, remediation & trauma clean-up. The work shall be located in the City of Monterey. The awardee will enter into a one (1) year with a not to exceed annual funding limit of $75,000.00. The agreement will include an option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions with a not to exceed annual funding limit of $75,000. The total term of this agreement will not exceed three (3) years. The amount of unscheduled repair work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset and such repair work shall be issued through work orders.
