(1) Vendor needs to provide experiential graphic design service. – Work will include identification of exhibit graphic identity and creation of a logo.– Include creating graphic concepts and an exhibit style guide– Include the creation of all exhibit graphics, using text and images provided by the Exhibition Designer and Content and Curatorial Leads, concluding with a multi–step review process– Include formatting and sending the approved final graphics for fabrication.• Project–specific graphic identity (logo and variations)• Project–specific graphics concept package, potentially• Graphic design for exhibit, potentially• Design revisions from ongoing review with the exhibit creative leads across the life of the project• Edits to design files from publications review of exhibit graphics• Production design to prepare fabrication–ready files for hand–off• Approval of fabricator proofs, under supervision of the exhibit designer(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
