Vendor needs to provide defense manufacturing focused conference service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Contractor shall organize, plan and execute the hosted events as defined in this performance work statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.– The four–day event includes the following schedule:– Day 1 – Conference kick–off, VIP speakers, Program–specific highlights.– Day 2 – VIP speakers, Program–specific highlights, industry highlights, technical sessions.– Day 3 – Technical sessions, Lunch speaker.– Day 4 – Breakfast speaker, technical sessions.
