(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Stanton, CA.– Architectural design for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades. – Electrical, plumbing, and miscellaneous mechanical system design including alternative energy systems (e.g. solar water heating, solar photovoltaics, wind, etc.); – Heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and environmental management system design. – 3D Modeling and Simulations. – Inspections / Assessments of facilities and the various systems listed above. – Construction Administration, including submittal reviews, cost estimate and schedule review. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
