(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic designer services to support strategic communications and outreach activities across multiple initiatives. • Design and update print and digital materials such aso Flyers, rack cards, posters, and brochures,o Social media graphics and digital toolkits,o Newsletter layouts and templates,o Presentation decks and infographics,o Promotional materials for community outreach events,• Adapt existing materials and templates to align with updated messaging, audiences, and/or funder requirements coordination and collaboration,• Work in close coordination with staff and the Communications Consultant to ensure visual materials align with approved messaging, audience strategy, and communications plans,• Participate in planning meetings or check–ins as needed to support project timelines and coordination,• Incorporate feedback from staff, consultants, and project partners in a timely and professional manner,• Ensure materials are clear and accessible to intended audiences,• Professional experience providing graphic design services for nonprofit, public sector, and/or community–based organizations.• Experience designing materials related to public health, substance use, mental health, and child– and adolescent–focused initiatives.• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi–disciplinary teams, communications professionals, coalitions, and community partners.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
