The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #1279 Scattered Site Door Assessment & Improvements Bid Opening date is September 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on August 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the project site(s), 231-233 Park Street, Hartford, CT 06106. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications dated August 24, 2026, as prepared by Silver Petrucelli + Associates can be viewed and purchased for a non-refundable fee at Advanced Reprographics located at 50 Corporate Avenue, Plainville, CT. Order forms are available via Advanced Reprographics’ website www.advancedplanroom.com.
