– Vendor needs to provide differential scanning calorimeter service to the government authority located in Hattiesburg, MS. – Automation:• Instrument shall include an integrated autosampler with a minimum of 54 sample positions, capable of automatically loading and unloading both sample and reference pans, to support continuous unattended operation.– Software:• Instrument shall include fully integrated instrument–control and analysis software providing dynamic, real–time data acquisition.• Analysis software shall be licensed to permit unlimited installations across the university, enabling offline data analysis by multiple users on their own computers.• Software shall be able to open and display the university's existing archive of legacy thermal–analysis data files for direct comparison with newly acquired data.– Service and Support:• System shall include a service or support plan covering parts, labor, and travel for repairs, with the option to renew annually.
