(1) Vendor needs to provide managed cybersecurity services to the government authority located in California.• Managed IRR Service provides Customers with on–demand access to expert incident response capabilities to prepare for, investigate, contain, and recover from cybersecurity incidents. • Provide an active incident response retainer Service that ensures 24x7x365 availability of qualified responders; rapid activation and triage; and the ability to mobilize technical, forensic, and investigative resources as needed. • Response personnel performing incident response, digital forensics, malware analysis, threat intelligence, and incident coordination functions possess demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with the applicable work roles .• Systems or applications designated by the Customer as sensitive limited to identity and access management platforms, certificate authorities, financial or human resources systems, systems processing personal information or protected health information, operational technology, or air–gapped environments, shall be subject to elevated handling procedures defined during provisioning and onboarding.
