The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to define the County’s minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services offered by proposers. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as the County, wishes to retain companies to provide management and operation of the Solano County Animal Licensing Program for the Sheriff’s Office, Animal Care Division.
