– Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted clinical trial management system. – Provide system operations, maintenance, enhancement, design, development, technical evaluation, modernization, hosting environments, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, application support, help desk services, configuration management, documentation, training, data repositories, standards implementation, reporting, and interoperability with internal and external systems.– Evaluate, validate, monitor, document, and govern ai–assisted capabilities used to support operational or decision–support workflows.– Includes assessment of existing capabilities, workflow inefficiencies, and alternatives; identification of opportunities to reduce manual effort, fragmented processes, and duplicate data entry.– Developing, integrating, or supporting advanced analytics, automation, or ai–assisted tools in federal, biomedical, healthcare, clinical research, or regulated environments.– Implementation, administration, protection, monitoring, continuity, and transition of hosting environments and supporting infrastructure.– Includes protection of the data and respective applications from internal and external threats, restoration of services after security incidents or outages, and support for hosting transitions.
