Interested bidders must review the RFP attached to this Form 470 for the full scope of the project, bid submission requirements and timelines. All communication must be by email to MillerErate@k12.sd.us, with a copy to erate@eratecomplete.com, for documentation purposes. No phone calls or text messages. The applicant is not accepting product demonstrations. Clarifying questions are due by 11/30/2026 at 9:00 am applicant time. Answers will be posted to this Form 470 in a Q&A addendum available to all bidders. Bids are due by 12/14/2026 at 9:00 am applicant time to Bids2027@eratecomplete.com. Where a manufacturer or model is listed, equivalent products will be considered. Installation is requested for the structured cabling project only, not for the equipment. See the RFP for details. A site visit is required. It is scheduled for 11/23/2026 at 12:30 pm (backup date: 11/24/2026 at 12:30 pm). RSVP to MillerErate@k12.sd.us (cc erate@eratecomplete.com). Visits must be completed by the clarifying questions deadline. Maps and floor plans will not be posted publicly. They will be provided to any interested bidder on request or at the site visit. Requests to consider products or services not included on this Form 470 will not be considered legitimate inquiries or proposals. Questions asking for information already in the Form 470 or RFP will not be answered. Spam, robotic, generic and encyclopedic responses will not be considered legitimate bid inquiries or proposals and will be disqualified. Discounted billing: Bidders must be willing to provide E-rate discounted billing (FCC Form 474, SPI invoicing) if the applicant requests it.
