(1) Vendor needs to provide planning grant service to the government authority located in Maine. – Provide grant is designed to help communities assess their readiness to adopt a long–term youth development and mentoring model that partners with local middle and high schools.– This initiative seeks to empower communities to design and implement an informed long–term mentoring model that raises post–secondary aspirations, fosters positive youth development, enhances educational outcomes, and builds sustainable, community–based support systems for young people.– Encourage Community Collaboration: Foster partnerships between local schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to create a supportive network for youth.– Develop Innovative Youth Programs: Design programs that are culturally relevant, asset–based, and developmentally informed, focusing on mentoring, college and career readiness, experiential learning, and community engagement.– Enhance Youth Aspirations: Support youth in exploring their interests, setting goals, and pursuing post–secondary education or career paths.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
