(1) Vendor needs to provide IT desk services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Support services shall include the intake, documentation, categorization, prioritization, troubleshooting, and resolution,– should also demonstrate capabilities supporting modern healthcare IT support operations as outlined in the Level 1 Service Desk section including omni–channel support capabilities, integrated communication platforms, AI–assisted support functions, operational analytics, and continuous service improvement methodologies.• Expansion of digital health technologies,• Increased adoption of electronic health record (EHR) integrations,• Growth in remote and hybrid workforce capabilities,• Expanded cybersecurity and identity management requirements,• Increased utilization of automation and AI–enabled tools,• Greater dependency on integrated clinical imaging and ancillary systems,• Rising expectations for proactive support, reporting, and service analytics.(2) A Pre–Submission Conference will be held on October 22, 2026(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
