Vendor needs to provide second chance act youth reentry program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Implement or expand community–based reentry programs and services in partnership with corrections, parole, probation, and other reentry service providers.• Demonstrate partnerships that develop and implement comprehensive pre– and post–release case management plans that directly address youth’s identified needs, as determined by validated risk and needs assessment tools.• Develop and implement comprehensive pre– and post–release reentry plans, to include case management as well as identification and coordination of appropriate community–based programs as they return to their communities following confinement.
