Contracts should explicitly state any and all voluntary contract extensions and terms. Vendors must include contract wording that allows for penalty-free cancellation or reduction of lines in the event that a school or building is closed during the contract terms. All projects are subject to eRate fundability and Board approval. School reserves the right to reduce project(s) after seeing quotes where eRate funding and budgets are impacted.
