Vendor needs to provide car sharing program services to the government authority located in Clemson, SC. – Develop, implement, and maintain a car sharing program that will operate 24 hours per day, seven days a week. – Provide a detailed plan and the metrics you will use and how you will work with the University to replace and relocate vehicles to other locations on the campus.– Provide a plan for meeting a higher user demand than expected; specifically addressing what analysis and thresholds will be used to determine an increase/decrease in the number of vehicles in the program.– Provide a detailed maintenance plan for the procedures used by your company for all service and maintenance performed on the vehicles, including general service requirements such as oil and fluid changes, tire rotation and balancing, wiper blade replacement, plus other servicing not listed.– Provide a detailed plan for cleaning of vehicle interior between rental uses. – Provide a procedure that secures the vehicle from theft or unauthorized use when not leased.– Propose a comprehensive marketing plan that addresses seasonality, including any requirements of the agency.– Enrollment process: Provide details of the enrollment process including mobile, wireless, and web capabilities.– Reservation process: Provide details of the reservation process including mobile, wireless, and web capabilities. • Implementation, marketing, training and maintenance: Provide a detailed implementation plan (including marketing) for the proposed system.
