RECY-7623 - USA (Stillwater, Minnesota) - Electronics Recycling Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronics recycling service to the government authority located in Stillwater, MN. – Provide for the pickup, transportation, and processing of covered and non–covered electronic devices.– Provide collection, transportation, and processing services at one–day collection events located within the county as requested throughout the year, with location details provided at least 10 business days in advance.– The contractor will supply boxes, pallets, shrink wrap, and any other packaging or shipping suppliesNeeded to transport materials.– Transport service prices shall include all labor, mileage and other associated costs (e.g., per diems) for a single vehicle, transportation–related supplies and appropriate staff to perform the requested services. – Management and disposal the contractor shall manage all electronics, components and process residuals in accordance with an electronics management plan.– Provided to the county with the required invoice or within thirty days of the Conversion, recycling, reuse, disposal or destruction of the waste material.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7,2026.
