(1) Vendor needs to provide website buildout and support service. – Provide designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and workflows within website that enhance organizational efficiency, standardize business processes, and improve data visibility across the agency.– Develop systems and workflows utilizing website to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.– Develop user–friendly systems using custom boards, dashboards, automations, automated workflows, etc within the account.– Recommend workflows to enhance and optimize agency's current use of website and other associated applications for better business outcomes including using API to integrate apps like Submittable, Salesforce, Docusign, Copilot, Google Drive, etc with website.– Provide ongoing support services;• Troubleshooting• System adjustments• Continued assistance with the use of monday.com to ensure the system operates smoothly and effectively• Making enhancements to existing workflows and responding to agency's evolving needs as they arise.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) A Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
