MEDI-8183 - USA (Decatur, Georgia) - Medical Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical services to the government authority located in Decatur, GA.– Project work includes services provided by an Occupational Medical Services provider to deliver high volume physical exams, drug/alcohol testing, CDL and public safety certifications, 24/7 emergency testing, and fully integrated electronic reporting for a diverse 6,300 employee workforce.– Use of technology that provides seamless integration of service requests, random program management, county overview reports, and scheduling workflow reports;– Advanced electronic scheduling system, i.e., bulk scheduling for department contacts and self–scheduling for applicants for all authorized services, with prior authorization from appropriate Human Resource representatives;– EMR/EHR system must have the capability to securely send and receive all data via automation or real–time, related to the contracted medical services to and from the County’s case management/EMR system and Oracle HCM.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
