HEALTH-10219 - USA (Mariposa, California) - Early Intervention Program Service - Deadline June 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide early intervention program service to the government authority located in Mariposa, CA.  – Provide community–based, family–cantered early intervention services designed to prevent mental illnesses and substance use disorders from becoming severe and disabling and to reduce disparities in behavioural health.– Outreach is the process of engaging, encouraging, educating, training, and learning about ways to recognize and respond effectively to early signs of potentially severe and disabling mental health and substance use disorders.– Outreach strategies for older adults.– Outreach and engagement strategies that target caregivers, victims of elder abuse, and individuals who live alone. – Outreach to older adults who are isolated and lonely.– Youth outreach and engagement.– Mental health and substance use disorder early treatment services and supports.– Childhood trauma early intervention program. – Evidence–based practice implementation requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19,2026.
