Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide quality management and support services for aging and disability to the government authority located in Maine. – Assist with Critical Incident management and related services.– to enhance the effectiveness of its Critical Incident system and to improve the consumer experience when reporting other system concerns, such as Grievances and licensing related Consumer Complaints.– Implement customer–service functionalities, including a hotline during business hours, to make information submission as accessible to the public as possible.– Facilitate decision–making and provide subject–matter expertise to ensure business rules are developed and documented to guide the routing / resolution process for reportable events and Grievances / Consumer Complaints.– Complete and track Desk–Level Reviews of all Reportable Events.– Route, prioritize, and track events that require review– Identify and track trends in reportable events, including the identification of clusters of related events.– Complete intake, resolution, and tracking of Consumer Complaints and concerns.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
