Drilling & Blasting for Oconee County Rock Quarry

Oconee County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide drilling and blasting services for the Oconee County Quarry. The selected company shall provide the personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and expertise necessary to perform drilling and blasting operations in a safe, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation and all applicable laws and regulations.
