STAFF-17046 - USA (Alburtis, Pennsylvania) - Municipal Solicitor Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal solicitor services to the government authority located in Alburtis, PA.– Provide legal advice, counsel, services, training, consultation, and opinions to the borough council and all levels of the borough government on a wide variety of matters. advice includes methods to avoid civil litigation.– Furnish legal representation at Borough Council meetings and at other meetings as requested.– Appear before courts and administrative agencies to represent the Borough’s interests– Prepare and reviews ordinances and resolutions, contracts and other documents for legal accuracy and acceptability as well as approval as to legal form.– Assist Borough officials and employees to maintain awareness of ethical standards, appearance of fairness standards, to avoid potential conflicts of interest, prohibited transactions, and the appearance of prohibited transactions.– Assist officials and employees to understand the legal roles and duties of their respective offices and interrelationships with others.– Provide the Council and Borough management a legal perspective and advice on various governmental issues.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
