(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based and cloud–based SaaS commercial motor vehicle and driver data system. • Provide a web–based and cloud–based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution enabling staff to access, aggregate, and review commercial motor carrier driver and vehicle information from multiple federal and state data sources. • Solution shall be a fully operational, Turnkey Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system• Full support for integration into the State of Ohio Single Sign–On (SSO) portal• Role–based account management• Role–specific access privileges• Secure login/logout controls• Custom web services or APIs for integration.• Real–time or near–real–time data retrieval where supported by the originating data source(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 15, 2026.
