(1) Vendor needs to provide transcriptome services the government authority located in Beltsville, MD. – Transcriptome sequencing service to understand host–parasite interactions.– Conducts basic and applied scientific research to understand cellular dynamics of host–parasite interactions in goats, sheep, and rodents in response to antiparasitic drug treatments.  – Providing sequencing and data outputs, include instrument nomenclature that will be analyzing the sample data and transcriptome details. signature profiles with full data analysis; all raw sequence data will be deposited to NCBI SRA database and delivered to Process Integrations (PI) via secured file transfer protocol.    – Provide delivery of transcriptome data within 60 days of sample arrival. – Total RNA extraction, purification and quality control.– Data QC, data analysis using recent algorithms, and data deposition.          (2) The contract period will be for three years.          (3) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
