(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services for state benefits management system to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Contractor shall conduct a readiness assessment to evaluate control documentation and processes and identify any potential gaps prior to the Type II audit.– Contractor shall deliver the Readiness Assessment Report to the Department for review and approval.– Post Audit Maintenance: – From time to time after the finalized report is completed and delivered to leadership, it is of concern that errors or irregularities may be discovered.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
