(1) Vendor needs to provide industrial fire brigade structural fire trainer services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– System shall consist of two modified 40–foot steel shipping containers integrated into a unified training structure providing approximately 640 square feet of interior training space.– System shall support repeated, controlled, live–fire Class B training evolutions simulating industrial process equipment fires, enabling brigade members to practice:– Fire attack and hose advancement.– Valve isolation and tactical decision–making.– Pump seal and flange leak fire response.– Spill fire control.– Crew coordination and accountability.– Emergency shutdown procedures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.
