(1) Vendor needs to provide maternal infant early childhood home visiting program service to the government authority located in Adams, CO.• provides pregnant women and families, particularly those considered at–risk for poor maternal and child health outcomes, with the resources and skills to raise children who are physically, socially, and emotionally healthy and ready to learn.• program is to improve maternal and child health, prevent child abuse and neglect, encourage positive parenting, and promote child development and school readiness• Home visits may include:– supporting preventive health and prenatal practices,– assisting mothers on how best to breastfeed and care for their babies,– helping parents understand child development milestones and behaviors,– promoting parents’ use of praise and other positive parenting techniques, and– working with mothers to set goals for the future, continuing their education, and find employment and childcare solutions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026
