(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and air clearance transportation system.• Technical support services to support the legacy joint transportation system, Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS).• FACTS provides Navy shipping functionality, Naval Cargo Routing, and air cargo clearance capabilities.• Support services will include software engineering, coding, integration testing, business analyzing, auditing, documentation of change requests, customer support, training, and knowledge sharing.• Secure application development, modification, auditing, and support for FACTS system integration, to include lifecycle management and sustainment of the application.• Develop and debug system code to maintain the application• Support Security Posture through Continuous Monitoring activities(2) This bid is Set–Aside for 8(a) Set–Aside (FAR 19.8).
