(1) Vendor needs to provide asbestos abatement oversight services to the government authority located in Wichita Falls, TX.– Providing asbestos abatement oversight services for remodelling and renovation projects.– Review building blueprints and specifications and current asbestos containing building materials data to determine the scope of asbestos containing building materials (ACBM) that will impact the project. – Development of asbestos abatement contract documents including all necessary specifications and drawings as they relate to a construction project. – Assist Facilities Services staff in developing scheduling needs with the client, the construction general contractor, and the asbestos abatement contractor. – Provide fulltime project management of asbestos abatement activities during all phases of the project. – Renovations, remodelling, reconfigure of interior shell spaces to accommodate change in use or space allocation, major and/or deferred maintenance; restoration, modifications, or replacement of equipment, interior and exterior lighting, and other specific project related needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026.
