Forensic Toxicology Testing Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits proposals for toxicological testing services required by the Solano County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office, hereinafter referred to as the “County”. This RFP defines the minimum requirements needed to enable qualified proposers to provide the information necessary and sufficient for the Coroner to evaluate the services offered and to ensure testing, sample handling, and analysis will be performed in accordance with applicable codes, laws, statutes, policies, and ordinances of the State of California. The specifications, terms, and conditions contained within describe the forensic toxicology testing services required. For consideration, proposals must contain evidence of the proposer’s experience and capabilities.
