(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor services to the government authority located in Illinois.– The Investment Advisor will provide consulting and advisory services to support staff in successfully implementing the program's objectives.– Providing access to opportunities for very small businesses, capital disadvantaged businesses, and entrepreneurs operating in underserved communities; – Aligning investments with key growth sectors in the state’s economic development plan; – Partnering with investors to leverage private capital; and – Laying the groundwork for a sustainable, long–term program. – Consulting and advisory services on a variety of investment–related matters to support the full lifecycle of the program’s operations, such as deal sourcing, submission intake, due diligence, portfolio analysis and management, and reporting.– Conducting comprehensive due diligence efforts including financial, business, intellectual property, market opportunity and team analysis, and preparing investment memos.– Preparing investment analysis to create a balanced and diversified portfolio.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2026.
