(1) Vendor needs to provide park concession services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.• Providing the concession facilities at park and one boat dock for mooring rental boats.• Maintaining the mechanical heating and cooling equipment, roofs, and exteriors of the concession facilities.• Maintaining the electrical and plumbing fixtures bringing electricity and water to the concession facilities.• Maintaining the hot water heaters.• Maintaining and cleaning the restrooms attached to the concessions facilities.• Repairing and maintaining boat docks.• Providing pest control for the exterior of the concession’s facilities.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on June 24, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
