CLEANING-14371 - USA (Manassas, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Manassas, VA. – The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies and incidentals as necessary to satisfactorily perform Janitorial Services three (3) times per week.– Floors shall be swept and mopped using cleaning agents and/or scrubbed. Special attention shall be given to maintaining the appearance of the floors in corners, around baseboards, and around toilet fixtures. “Spot” sweeping and mopping shall not be acceptable in the restroom areas.– Faucets, sinks, toilets and urinals shall be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside using cleaning agents. The walls around wash basins and urinals/toilets shall be cleaned using disinfectants. Urinals and toilets shall be deodorized using replaceable deodorizing cakes.– Paper towel dispensers shall be wiped clean using disinfectants. Contractor shall ensure sufficient paper towels are installed in dispensers that will last at least until the next scheduled cleaning service day. If supplies are near empty, the Contractor shall replenish dispensers with full rolls.– Sanitary napkin receptacles shall be emptied, cleaned and disinfected. Contractor shall ensure sufficient sanitary napkin supplies are installed in dispensers that will last at least until the next scheduled cleaning service day.– Mirrors, shelves, dispensers, chrome fixtures, and visible piping shall be cleaned, polished and dried leaving no visible smudges.– Wall surfaces, doors, window frames, sills, radiators, grills, and stall partitions shall be cleaned using cleaning agents and dried leaving no visible smudges.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.
