(1) Vendor needs to provide website implementation, migration and consulting service. – Provide hands–on implementation, configuration, optimization, technical support, advisory services, training, and knowledge transfer within existing website environment. – Include system implementation, enhancement, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.– Assess, understand, and build upon an existing, actively used system environment and existing board structure.– Configure and implement workflow automations, including alerts, triggers, and recurring processes.– Design and implement boards for initiative tracking and reporting alignment.– Migrate and restructure legacy boards and data, where necessary.– Configure data connections (linking and mirroring) to improve reporting accuracy.– Perform hands–on troubleshooting and system optimization.– Fully configured and functional dashboards within website.– Implemented workflow automations and system configurations.– Optimized board structures and reporting systems.– Ongoing progress updates and task tracking.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
