(1) Vendor needs to provide housing and economic development services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Provide legal services to support participants in city homeownership initiatives by assisting with estate planning and property succession.– Services include the preparation of wills, designation of beneficiaries, mitigation of tangled title issues, and completion of legal documentation necessary to facilitate the orderly transfer of residential property. – Program is designed to reduce the risk of future tangled title issues, preserve homeownership, and promote long–term housing stability for residents and their families.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
