(1) Vendor needs to provide sale of real property service to the government authority located in Griffin, GA.• Acquire tax delinquent properties and other property donated to the authority located in the county in order to foster the public purpose of returning land which is in nonrevenue–generating, nontax–producing status to an effective utilization status to provide affordable housing, new trade, commerce, industry and employment opportunities for the citizens• Development of affordable housing for low–to–moderate income individuals;• Increase home ownership and facilitate access to home–buyer education;• Support development of neighborhood redevelopment;• Support development of fair market–rate housing;• Facilitate the remediation of neighborhood blight and nuisance properties; and• Eliminate substandard lots of record for single family housing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026
