Vendor needs to provide national digital telepathology artificial intelligence services to the government authority located in Eatontown, NJ.• Computational pathology uses computer vision (AI) to analyze digitized slides at the pixel level to improve diagnostic accuracy and improve workflow.• Image archival is performed either as a one–time migration of historical data or as ongoing periodic archival of images per defined retention policy.• The solution shall support containerized deployments, utilizing industry standard orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker.• The solution shall adopt serverless infrastructure and/or components where feasible and applicable to minimize resource waste and cost.• The contractor shall implement automated deployment and configuration management using indicator of compromise principles (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager Templates), throughout the solution where practical and capable of supporting testing and optimization over time of the application lifecycle.• To optimize cost and resource allocation, the contractor shall utilize a solution leveraging ephemeral instances where appropriate and feasible, ensuring efficient scaling and cost reduction.• The contractor shall incorporate AI–driven capabilities (e.g. predictive agent to detect cancer.) to optimize operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
