EXTRA-78439 - USA (Honolulu, Hawaii) - Adult Sex Offender Service - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide adult sex offender service to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Sex offender specific treatment services are needed to provide the Judiciary and the community with a comprehensive approach in dealing with adults who are sentenced or directed by the court to obtain sex offender treatment services.– The Provider shall provide a curriculum for sex offense–specific treatment that incorporates evidence–based practices. – Services shall integrate the offender’s risk based on valid risk assessment instruments, criminogenic needs, and responsivity factors.– To develop the client’s positive support network, the Applicant shall provide family sessions with the client, their significant other, and/or family members as arequirement of the treatment plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
