Sports Court Resurfacing (Bid Discount)
City of Tampa / Parks & Recreation
Description
The City is seeking qualified and experienced vendors specializing in athletic sports court resurfacing. The City maintains a diverse inventory of more than 200 athletic courts, including basketball, tennis, pickleball, and racquetball facilities located throughout the community. Many of these courts are aging and require professional resurfacing and reconditioning. The courts are constructed of either concrete or asphalt and require services to restore them to a safe, level playing condition while also improving their overall appearance and durability. Through this bid, the City aims to establish partnerships with vendors who have demonstrated expertise in athletic court resurfacing systems. Vendors should be capable of evaluating existing court conditions, preparing surfaces, and applying resurfacing systems that provide consistent playability and an aesthetically enhanced finish. Qualified vendors with experience in municipal or large-scale recreational court resurfacing projects are encouraged to respond.
