ITES-10610 - USA (Rialto, California) - IT Master Plan Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IT master plan services to the government authority located in Rialto, CA.– Evaluate the District’s existing IT environment, identify gaps, and develop a forward–looking IT Master Plan– Services includes, but is not limited to:• Comprehensive assessment of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware life cycles, storage, cloud services, and cybersecurity posture.• Review of core business applications (ERP, financial systems, customer billing, GIS, SCADA/OT).• Review of current licensing.• Analysis of data management practices, integration, and business intelligence capabilities.• Evaluation of staffing levels, skillsets, training, and IT governance structure.• Development of a prioritized list of IT projects with estimated budgets and implementation timelines.• Recommendations for additional business applications.• Recommendations for disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
