Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, hosting, implementation, migration, maintenance, security and digital customer experience service using WordPress, Drupal and Joomla content management system.• Create a modern, accessible, secure and easy–to–use digital experience that makes it significantly easier for residents, attorneys, litigants, jurors, businesses and other customers to find information.• Develop a modern, professional design consistent with the Clerk's role as a constitutional office and public service organization.• Provide a robust website search function with relevant results, filters and suggestions.• Provide responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.• Migrate existing website content as directed by the Clerk.• Content management system: the CMS shall be an established, widely supported, open–source, nonproprietary platform, such as Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, or an equivalent open–source CMS• Integrate the latest AI tools to enhance the customer service experience and website functionality.• The website shall meet applicable federal and Florida accessibility requirements and conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA• Create, edit, publish and remove content.• Update text, images, links, forms and documents.• Create news releases, announcements and alerts.• Allow for shortcut links/friendly URLs.• Website uptime monitoring.
